Sales tax exemption on Import of ship stores, subject to the procedures, conditions and restrictions as may be specified by the Collector of Customs in this behalf including those consignments of such stores that have been released without charging sales tax since the 1st July, 1998, but excluding such consignments of ship stores as have been cleared on payment of sales tax.
