Criteria for Consideration
Re-importation of foreign origin goods which were temporarily exported out of Pakistan. Subject to similar conditions as are envisaged for the purposes of customs duty under the Customs Act,1969, and taxable value shall be the value determined under PCT heading 99.18 of the said Act increased by customs duty payable
